The brief

To spread the word about Holy Moly, a new Harlem inspired soul food restaurant in Grand Central, Birmingham.

The approach

We conducted an in-depth audit covering brand positioning, social media and influencers, and researched online and offline media opportunities. From this we implemented a proactive plan utilising dynamic content to provide bespoke messaging dependent on the customer profile and stage of the customer journey.
